Blow-outs! Voids! Grossly out-of-plumb & unlevel walls! Structural defects! While this sounds like a nightmare, these were just a few of the realities experienced by one homeowner when their ICF basement construction project was handed over to an Eco-Block inexperienced and untrained crew.

From the first day on the home site we began to suspect that Eco-Block ICF Distributor Mark Allen may not be the experienced contractor that he had claimed to be. While Eco-Block was the first to represent Mark Allen as an experienced ICF builder, the truth was, neither he nor his crew had the skills necessary to complete the job successfully. These issues finally surfaced on the day of the ICF basement wall pour (which took 25+ days to complete due to the lack of a minimally trained ICF crew) when the reality of the Allen’s lack of Eco-Block installation knowledge began to be revealed in disastrous ways.
